Guidelines

ADD AND DELETE

The platform is now open for course Add and Delete from Wednesday, 20 November 2024 to Friday, 06 December 2024.
Kindly note that only courses that are offered in the Second Semester are available to Add or Delete.  If a second semester course is not in the drop down, please contact the course owner (department).  The Course will need to be mapped to second semester on the registration portal.   

Students are advised to seek necessary guidance from the Level Adviser on the course to add or Delete.

Note: Your add or delete course must be approved by the course's owner HOD, Faculty Officer, Dean as well as your department HOD, Faculty Officer and the Dean of your Faculty.


A reprint of the Course Registration form is required after the HOD, Faculty Officer, Dean of the courses and ADPU has approved

INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS

STEPS TO UTILISE THE APPROVED NELFUND STUDENT LOAN

1.       Login to the portal with your usual credentials (Username and Password) 
2.       On the dashboard, click the wallet menu to view your approved amount and the transaction details
3.       Click my fees - Categories of fees will display
4.       Click the button beside the fee option you are paying and click Proceed
5.       Confirm the correctness of your payment and Select Pay with Wallet
6.       After successful payment, go to Fees, then select Transactions to confirm the status of your payment.
7.       If successful, click the view button under Actions for payment details. A pdf version can also be downloaded.
8.       Repeat 3 – 7 for other payments
9.       If there is shortfall in the amount credited by NELFUND the balance should be paid through the portal (See 5 above), but choose Pay with Remita.

STEPS FOR THE PAYMENT OF ACCOMMODATION - FRESH STUDENTS 2023/2024

You are welcome to the University of Ibadan Registration Portal for Undergraduate Students.
You will be able to perform the following on the portal when logged in:
  • ·         View and update Biodata
    ·         Pay fees.
    ·         Register for courses for the session.
    ·         Process Hostel Accommodation 
    ·         Process ADD and DELETE during second semester
    ·         Print payment receipts.
Kindly ensure that you follow the guidelines provided carefully.
